Hi everyone,
Had my pm implanted Thursday. Kept in 24 hours and no problems, (other than sciatica....bad timing!!)
My cardio put it on my left side as I play top level croquet here and we thought that would suit my sport better as I'm a right hander. It is a St Jude Zephyr dual lead, set at 70 and 120. I really don't feel much different, just a bit faster pulse.
Thanks for all the great information and support I received from the members of this special club. It really made a difference.
Looking forward to 4 weeks time when I can do more with this left arm. (like lift and swing a 4lb croquet mallet) & put my hair up properly!! :-)

After the 4 week healing process you should be fine. I am a top level amatuer bowler here also right handed. My pm was also placed on the left. I have had it for going on 4 years and if anything my game has improved because of more energy and just plain feeling better. Welcome to the CLUB. Bowlrbob

Hope everything going well. I am coming over to Vic for a couple of months around Christmas. I was thinking about floating the idea of a get together as there are quite a few members in Victoria. Who knows what the furture will bring. Perhaps we can do it.

Sincere regards.

Billie
