JUST TO CLARIFY SOME THINGS

TRACEY,
AFTER READING YOUR POST THOUGHT I WOULD COMMENT.....FIRST OF ALL I HAVE NEVER NOR WOULD NEVER SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO MY SON ABOUT ANYTHING I ACTUALLY TELL HIM HOW GOOD HE IS LOOKING AND HOW EVERYONE IS BORN WITH SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT THEM WHETHER IT'S THERE HEART, EYES, EARS, ARMS, LEGS, ETC. DON'T KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY KIDS WHO HAVE A PACEMAKER OR EVEN IF YOU HAVE KIDS, BUT HAVING A PACEMAKER YOURSELF AND HAVING A CHILD WITH ONE IS DIFFERENT AND THAT I HAVE EVEN HEARD FROM SPECIALIST AT DUKE CHILDRENS HOSPITAL, AS A MATTER OF FACT THEY TOLD ME IF IT DIDN'T BOTHER ME I WOULD MOST LIKELY NEED TO SEE A COUNSELOR. AS FOR HELPING OTHERS AND BEING THANKFUL FOR WHAT I HAVE ...WELL I WORK WITH THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION AND HELP OTHER CHILDREN THAT ARE IN THE HOSPITAL IN MY TOWN, AND SINCE THE DAY MY SON WAS BORN HE HAS BEEN THE JOY OF MY LIFE, AS FOR SOME OTHER PARENTS THAT WISH THEY COULD HAVE THE PROBLEMS I HAVE, WELL I'LL TELL YA I HAVE BEEN IN ANOTHER SET OF SHOES TO CONSIDERING I HAVE ALREADY LOST ONE CHILD , SO YES I DO KNOW HOW THAT FEELS TO, AND THEN TO SEE ANOTHER CHILD SUFFER ....WELL SORRY I DON'T HANDLE THINGS AS YOU WOULD OR MAYBE NOT AS WELL AS YOU WOULD BUT I'M NOT PERFECT I'M JUST A MOM WHO LOVES HER SON MORE THEN LIFE ITSELF, AND I DO PRAY YOU NEVER GO THROUGH ANYTHING THAT I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH WITH ONE CHILD THAT DIED AND ANOTHER COME CLOSE, BECAUSE ONE NEVER KNOWS HOW THEY WILL REACT.
AS FOR ALL THE OTHER POST THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO DID UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES YOU JUST NEED TO VENT TO GET THE STRESS OUT.

THAnks, CHERYL

Cheryl, it was never my intent to set you off or offend, I apologize. My kids often read over my shoulder when I post. I was concerned how he'd feel if he read your post. That's all.

I work my way through pain by volunteering. I find it cathartic, that's why I mentioned it. I'm sorry you've had more than your share of pain.

I can see you both love your children very much... just a little misunderstanding. I know Tracey personally and she is a wonderful person and I am proud to call her my friend. I look forward to getting to know you Cheryl as well.
Blessing to both of you,
Pacergirl

Suggestions/PM Club

Ryans Mom: May I make a suggestion? The same suggestion many in the PM Club made to me in their many comments to my postings. I also used the capitalization key a lot. I thought by using the cap key, this would stress what I was typing and wanting the PM readers to really notice above all else in my posts/ comments. After their suggestions that I should not use the cap key, I realized my posts/comments were really very difficult to read when they were "capped". Please do not take this the wrong way ~ this is not a "put down" on you. We love to hear about Ryan.

Everyone has their own "stress" levels. Some people have their "plates" half full (or half empty) and other people feel their plates are full and over flowing. We all must indulge and have patience with one another. As you say, each and every one of us have a different type of situation. As humans, we all must have love for one another and people are not putting you down for what you do or say. You posted your thoughts, and we all commented our feelings. Please be patient with us.

Yes, I too lost a child, but I realized I had two other children who needed their Mom and Dad just as much as the daughter who passed away. We all still love her but in a more angelic way with her loving memories.

Ryan is very lucky to have you for his Mom. You seem to be doing all the right things, and Ryan loves you.

Personal Messages: Another suggestion for all of us/you: Please go to the person's profile page and leave a personal message on that individual's "mailbox" I am sure you did not mean for all of the PM Club members to see your message to TracyE on the "general postings" ~ just a suggestion so you can use that in the future. If you need to leave me a personal reply, click on my name where it says, "posted by" or "comment by" in this column and it will take you to my profile page & you can leave me a personal message. It shows an envelope & gives you the chance to leave personal messages for the particular person. It gives you a lot of privacy.

It is wonderful you are volunteering and helping other people out who are in such need also. God Bless you.

Please bear with your fellow PM Club members, as when you "post", we "comment". All of our answers will not be what we want to "hear", but the "postee" will get feed back from the "commentors". None of us would ever want our comments to hurt anyone. We just try to answer with good, honest answers.

We will pray for you and Ryan and families. Have a Great Thanksgiving, please say prayers for all your PM Club members who are having difficult times at this time also, Carolyn G. in TEXAS ( :

Bless you
