Effects Of Power Plate

I don't know of any reason the vibration from a Power Plate would bother your pacemaker unless you have the rate response turned on. In that case the accelerometer in the pacemaker may interrupt the vibration as you doing something, like running, which would call for a faster heart beat and it would it speed up your heart rate.

If you do not know for certain the rate response is on there two ways that I know of to check it. One is ask your doctor to be absolutely sure. The other is while sitting, check your heart rate and then gently tap on your chest close to the pacemaker, BUT NOT ON THE PACEMAKER, for about 30 seconds and check your pulse again. If the pulse is now faster the rate response is probably on.
