Sorry to hear your new pacer is once again refusing to behave. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say it's not the same here without your wit and wisdom.

We'll keep you in our thoughts while you battle this latest attack by the alien pacer. Take care of yourself and keep us apprised of your status. Hopefully you won't need another surgery.
