hi everyone just wen i think im all good an feeling so much better someone threw me a wrench i have been working at a drug store which is non union for ten years this feb an my boss tells me that since i been out with my pnemonia then a pacemaker about 2 month that the system knock me out so she had to rehire me wen i went back on dec 7th fill out some paper work said a committie will look over it an review it i also have stock an profit sharing with this company all gone i have all my records to prove my illnesses how could they do this to me very upset i would have 5 weeks vacation with pay this year as well anyone out there no the laws about this help!!!!! patsy

You found a cardiologist when you needed one, so go get a labor lawyer NOW. Because you need one. FMLA laws cover you for your illness time. Get a lawyer. You have way too much to fight for and too much to just roll over and let them take from you. YES there ARE laws covering you. Get help. Roch

As much as I HATE lawyers and find them the scum of the earth, you need a consult with one NOW. Welcome to America where regular "Joes" are treated like crap. How else do you pay a CEO $125 MILLION bucks a year-it's gotta come from someone.
