I haven't stopped by the site in a while but wanted to check in. I'm still going strong on the panic attack free bandwagon! And I needed to take a minute to say thanks to all those who sent me so many well wishes and words of advise since my drama began in September.

I was so wrapped up in fear before, that reading them and truly understanding them was hard to do. But now that I am a little more level headed, I have gone back and read them again. Some make me giggle and other make me go "Duh...I should have really listened before!"

So a big hugs and a world of thank you's. Because my own family doesn't really seem to understand...so many of you here have become my family.

It's great to hear you're doing better. The best thing about this website is it makes us realize we are not alone. Our families don't know what we are going through and don't understand that's why I come here. I get answers and help from people like yourself who have been through it or are living it.
Thanks for helping me. I've gone through some difficult times and you've been a big help. I still laugh about the kid with the Old Spice.
