sometimes i feel discomfort on the apex i think. below the breast on the left side .it's pressing a bit. it's just for a while and it's not painful. and sometimes it's below the place where my pacemaker is implanted which is on the right side. should i see the doctor?

 

 

Its most likely just scar tissue healing or perhaps the pm catching on a nerve, probably really nothing to worry about.
