I've been getting lightheaded in the middle of the night on occasion. I would just kind of wake up, laying in bed feeling faint! I called my cardiologist and she said that it wasn't my heart or my pacemaker but more likely my blood pressure is getting too low at night. It did drop A LOT since my pm. I am on high blood pressure medicine and the lowest it's ever been while take the medicine is like 135/85. Now my bp is down to 117/85. I'm going to my doctor tomorrow to have the dose lowered or maybe even stopped who knows! Before my pm and before bp meds my blood pressure used to be around 150/90. I'm just glad it's getting lower and not higher! Just thought I'd let you guys know and see if this has happened to anyone else?

I am not on any meds and my blood pressure has always been good. But last night I was just feeling tired and, of course, I humored myself by taking my bp and hr. My hr was great around 75, but my bp was 106/68. Maybe that is why I was feeling tired.
So far today feeling ok, but I think I am going to monitor mt bp several times a day over the next week.
Let me know what your doctor says. I am curious if the pm has anything to do with it.
