Embarrassed
Posted by Cabg Patch on 2010-05-11 18:31

I'm a bit embarrassed to ask this, but know I read somewhere, I think it was on the Cleveland Clinic web site, that it is unsafe for people with pacemakers or defibrillators to have sex due to the high risk of electric shock. I've looked again, but can't seem to find the article. Anybody else see this information? I really could use a quick response as my wedding anniversary is coming up Sunday.

Thank you all in advance

Just make sure your wife wears sneakers so she's grounded.

Hey Patch,

Talk about sneaky ways to brag, I think I’ve seen the one at the top of the list now.

Turns out I was in on a conversation on this subject a few months ago. Really just listening but getting educated just the same. Anyway, the pacemaker does not care what you try to do. If you cause the defibrillator to get into the game a new thrill will be had by all. Only experience will tell how much of a thrill.

Good luck

Smitty

Have fun

Whoa! Have a Great time on Sunday! Since I have been a widow since 2003, the biggest thrill, "shock" I get now is from my cell phone on vibrate in my pocket! Wwhhooooo ~ hooooooo ~ ~ LOL

You will need to update your great PM Club audience on your Great Time/Great Day and the "after shocks" this Great Day may provide ~ We all will be watching the sky for the fireworks/shocks ~

Have a good 'un on Sunday AND God Bless You Both.

Congrats to Both,

And that is a sneaky way to try and talk your wife into wearing some kinky rubber suit for your anniversary...

Well I guess whatever fires your embedded electronic device....

Last night I had an electrical storm. My ICD fired 4 times in rapid succession. Talk about PO'd, wouldn't you know that the wife was still at work and couldn't get home in time to "enjoy" the fireworks. Life is so unfair

welll....who can tell what could happen?

One of my dearest longtime friends told me of how her husband dropped dead right in the middle of marital bliss. Now,...he was only 45yo and in perfect health. So...gee life has its well.....highs & lows. My goal is to NOT sit in a rocking chair and wait to die. Live long and live strong!!! (So says some bicycle racing dude.)
