In answer to question- would a guy marry a girl with a pacer.
My husband married me fter I had a sudden heart attack, stents, cardiac arrest & pacerimplanted.
And he is a Airline Pilot (Capt) for a major airline.
How sweet life can be...

My husband to be (hopefully getting married next month) is the sweetest guy that I know. He is an engineer/lawyer/doctor (almost, just needs to find an internship)/pilot (of his small plane). He has known about my PM since pretty much day one. I have had a PM since 1984. He still loves me for who I am and not because of my PM. He knows what kind of medical expense that I have and still wants to marry me.
Flyboys are great

my husband and I have been married almost 2 months now. I have a 18 month old son from an ex, but my husband has known him since birth. I got my PM put in when my son was 2 months old. We have been together almost a year now, known each other 6. Me having a PM?
The only time it bothers him is when I get my depressed moments, am sore, or if he or our son bumps it when playing. But he loves me for who I am not what operates me. We with a pacer are Bionic people. Having a pacer is not WHAT or WHO we are, it is what HELPS us stay who we WERE. :)
