Can anyone tell me if a Kindle will interfere with a pacemaker?
I have been a recipient since 7/8/9 and all had been well.
Received a Kindle for my birthday in July and have not felt right since.

I've had a Kindle since they first came out and haven't had a problem. It has a battery and wireless so theoretically I guess it has the same ability to interfere as a cell phone.

Are you feeling funny all the time or just when reading your Kindle? If it's causing problems, it would only be able to interfere when you are holding it close to your device.

It may be too close

If you are holding it too close to you you may get interference. I don't have a kindle, but I get that when using my Wii. Sometimes I will take a break and lay back and my tendancy was always to just drop the remote on me and then I will feel it - same with my cell. But then I just move it. I think the Kindle would do the same. I used to have an ebook reader years ago (before pm) and when tired I would lay it down on me like a book and close my eyes...that would definately cause a weird feeling if done now.

I have a kindle

I read mine almost every night and I dont seem to have a problem at all with it. I dont have a problem with my cell either though. Good luck to you!

I also have a kindle, and have no problem. I hold it on my lap on a lounge chair and read in the sun, and it has caused me no problem. I think it is a great device. I would not put it directly on my PM, why look for trouble?
They only time I felt discomfort was when the Dentist put a purple light on my tooth to cure a filling.
