Sooo, I'm pretty sure there are some teachers who think I'm homeless. Let me explain:
I got to school at 7:45 this morning for band. I tagged music in the music library (since I can't march) until 10 and then went to play for the upcoming freshmen. Then I hung around and talked to teachers and helped them move desks around. Then I read a little bit. Then I held a meeting for the local Congenital Heart Walk (also still at school, in the lecture hall). I finally left at around 3:30. All the while my chemisrty teacher kept asking me what I was even doing there in the first place...
HAHAHAHAHA!!!! That's how much of a life I lack.WEEEEEE!

Leg Pacer

How about a pacer for your legs that will stimulate them to walk you out of the place. Sounds like you have 3rd degree leg block.
Or maybe it is serious enough for an ILD (Implanted Legoverter Device) that will shock them legs into normal activity. LOL

Well, I had one in my leg for 4 days. Granted, it was a temporary pacer, but... Yes, I felt like I needed one of those yesterday! Thanks Frank!

I think you should just take your sleeping bag along! I love how you're mixing band and the heart walk.
Sorry to hear you're not marching. Tho if it's half as hot there as it is here, I'm be milking it LOL. The first football games were today, my kids cheered two games in 100+, bleh.

Thanks for all your volunteer work. All the volunteer work you do just takes another load off of a teacher somewhere. Applauds to the volunteers!
After having worked in education for almost 30 years, being the high school secretary, there have been many a year I would have begged and wished for volunteers, and through the years we have had the greatest volunteers.
Then on the other hand, you have the parent or two, who everyone in school wished would go out a get a 'real job'! These parents 'hung' around school just long enough to 'find' anything to gossip about and used all their time trying to destroy the school with their mouths. This type of parent would come up and pretend to be involved in volunteering, when in fact, they were just gaterhing 'UNtruths about the teachers/schools. Then they would go around town 'putting a word or two in the crowd' which she would try to taint a perfectly good school with great teachers. Those type of parent volunteers needed a 'real' job ~ they had too much 'free time'.
Applauds to All School Volunteers,
