Hi all, my visit to the ENT was today. He discovered that for one thing, I'm going to be ok.

Seems that I have some problems with my voice box. Imagine that. I also have some problems with acid reflux. Something I have suspected for awhile now.

Solution, Meds for the acid reflux and they will keep an eye on the voice box problem. uhmmmmm is what I thought, that requires a scope!

For years I suffered awful reflux. I recently changed my milk to a brand here called A2 It is twice the price but has an old fashioned flavour and no nasties in it.

After years of taking Nexium and all those other anti acid tabs I have not taken one since starting on the milk. I have about half a glass at night before going to bed. Hope this can help you. It is also suitable for those with milk intolerance

My reflux used to burn my oesophagus and throat. Reflux also makes one so tired and can give a body a shocking cough.

Learn something new, somedays. I had to read your post repeatedly and finally had to ask my wife what part I was misunderstanding. I couldn't understand how acid reflux could be related to your problem.

Turns out, the acronym ENT didn't mean what I thought. Being the sweet innocent young girl I know you to be, I assumed you were using a polite term for your issue. I now know ENT does not mean you were getting the End Nearest Toilet scoped.

So glad the solution seems to be simple and hopefully screaming at my stupidity isn't further injuring your voice.
