This is Edouard's wife, and I logged on to answer this question. A supraventricular ectopic beat is a PAC (premature atrial contraction). It can be called an extrasystolic beat from the atrium also. They seem to use the term supraventricular instead of atrial (the atrium is above the ventrical).

It means you have extra or skipped beats originating outside the ventricle. Often called other names such as OAC, PVC etc
