Hey all! The day is almost here... TOMORROW I GRADUATE MIDDLE SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only 4 more years of torture and then I can go to MED SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations on your big achievement tomorrow -- I'll be thinking of you! And I want an invitation to your med school graduation ceremony! LOL (Actually, med school doesn't officially begin until after you've spent 4 years in undergraduate school, but I assume you'll do pre-med as your major, so I think that counts!)

I also wanted to mention that I'm halfway through the book "Walk on Water" by Michael Ruhlman that you recommended in a posting a couple weeks ago, and it is AMAZING!!! I'm learning some incredible things about the history of the cardiac surgery field, about doctors as humans and how they think, and reinforcing the notion of educating and advocating for ourselves as we undergo medical procedures, etc -- it's a real page-turner despite the topic. Thanks for the recommendation!!!
