is there anyone going thru the lawsuit with guidant right now. if so has anyone gotten any up dates when they wiil start sending moneies to the clients . i heard not until later this year. please some one let me know. thankyou debraloncar

 

 

I have a Guidant Insignia 1290 implanted 2 years ago. I am not involved in the lawsuit. I am however involved in the Vioxx lawsuit if you have followed any of that. I've done lots of paperwork, my physicians have submitted lots of medical records and still I am waiting. Don't think I could deal with 2 of these situations. I hope for you it does work out. according to my lit. lawyers in tx. i should have my ck in a couple months, after feb 1 i got a big packett in the mail with a scale of defects an a range of $ it's taken 21/2 yrs to get this far so we will see.
