I just wanted to express gratitude to all those who read my depression message. I went to a therapist who put me on a mood stabilizer that actually appears to be working! I guess geting heart disease, a defibrilllator implant, getting dumped by an abusive boyfriend and recovering from alcoholism in the matter of months registers as "a major issue" LOL=) Thank you people for all your wonderful support..I am so greatful today=)

 

 

Just Do'n our job there little missy. If we don't take care of ourselves who else will.

Are you always so prone to making understatements?? LOL I'm sorry, I couldn't resist -- yes, I think we'd all agree that the list of problems you have faced add up to "a major issue" and you should feel GREAT about the fact you've been able to face them all and pull through successfully -- congratulations! I hope your recovery with both depression and alcoholism continues to go well, and also recovering from the abusive boyfriend. You must be very strong!

I think people come to this site for two reasons: to get answers to questions we each have, and to provide support and help to others, which makes us feel good about making a contribution. So please know you can continue to count on folks here to help out with information and support when you need it. Keep us posted on your heart health and emotional health -- we do care!
