Hi,
Seems like PVC/PAC's are the topic of the day!! In response to your question as to whether or not you will always have them...maybe yes, maybe no. How's that for skirting the issue?? All joking aside, I get them too and right after my PM was placed I seemed to get them a lot more frequently which I attributed to the heart muscle being irritated (my own idea). then they calmed down after a few months, but it seems I still get a few every day and some days worse than others. Watch your caffeine intake (makes them worse) and also anxiety can increase their frequency (along with a host of other things). I used to get them before my PM was placed and I still get them.....I don't like them either. I take a beta blocker that seems to keep them at bay (at least I'm not as aware of them) but some people on this site absolutely hate the side effects from b-blockers, fortunately for me, I tolerate them well. Good luck and I hope they calm down or go away for you. Carol

Same here...

My story is the same as Carol's.
Had pre-PM, get 'em now - probably more often.
I take a low dose B-Blocker and that seems to help, but I am still aware of them.

They suck!! But I've seen people have to go through much worse, so I look on the bright side.
