HELP!!
Posted by uvagershwin on 2008-09-07 15:30

Hey guys, what's up? Ok, so for those of you who, well, any of you really, I had chest pains a few weeks ago so I went to my cardiologist (he wasn't mine, but I went to the hospital where I normally go) and the nurse and interrogation guy said that it moved but the doctor said it didn't and he told me to take ibuprophen for two weeks and see how it went. Well, yesterday I didn't take any (shame on me) and we my chest felt like someone was constantly elbowing me, just like it did before the ibuprophen. Now I am approaching the 2nd week (Wednesday) and I'm wondering what it'll be like on Thursday. I need to know what's wrong because the doctor thinks I'm crazy!! PLEASE help me!!!

Insist on seeing someone. I felt my hubby was being fobbed of and then within three days his difib fired and I am sure this was something to to do with his problem. You should see your own cardiologist.

Hope you feel better soon.

Hi, like I just said ... here is the deal.

You are suffering a symptom... that being the symptom of pain! Your body is trying to tell that something is not right. Your chest is hurting because there is a problem. Until someone takes the time to check into the source of the pain you will continue to suffer from pain.
It is my hope that your drs will stop masking the symptom of pain and do something for you like find out what it is that is wrong.

Best of luck to you... Just my thoughts of course!
