Here is where my research betweeen Theodur and Prednisone is going in regards to possible contributors to me contracting A-fib.
The year was @ 1987-89, I was stationed at Travis A.F.B. California. My physician was increasing my theodur from 1 each (300 mg) once a day to 3 each (900mg) a day.
This lasted for 6 months until after numerous visits to the ER, with shortness of breathe, I manage to convince a Major in charge of Cardio-pulmo, that I wasn't going to live this way anymore. He apologized for the poor care that I had been recieving and de-toxiced me for 2 weeks in the hospitol.
I was on light duty for the next 10 months, until my discharge, which was not health related, Strength reduction.Honorable discharge.
Now, could all of this have led to me having A-fib nearly 20 years later?
