can you tell?

is it possible to tell if your pm is working or if your leads have pulled out? I am not dependant so I was wondering if there is any way to monitor yourself

If you don't use it much, it's harder to tell, but if it's not working for whatever reason, the first thing you'll usually notice is a return of the symptoms that got you the pm in the first place. The best way to monitor is take your pulse. How high is it, and does it go up with exercise?

When was your last check? That was more likely your settings than a lead dislodged. When in doubt, call and ask to be checked.

well my original symptoms were I got light headed and passed out. today I got a mild light headedness ,not dizzy just a little odd. I was wandering if that was a sign somthing went on with my heart but my PM kicked in before it got bad. my pulse has stayed about the same it does go up alittle after walking.

I am just now 40 but have had these blackouts all my life. I am thrilled with the pacer and would do it all over again.
