New implanted PM

Hello,

I left a message last week about the problems with the pacemaker and what it was like to change one out. Well, I found out the fast way, Sunday I kept feeling worse and worse, so I finally went to the ER and found out that the pacemaker had shut down on the Tuesday before. They admitted me and put a new one in the next morning (Monday) and then kept me overnight to make sure everything was ok, I just got home, I am very sore but feel much better.

Hi Buttercup.

By the way, love your username.

I am so glad to hear that you went to the ER when you did. Did anyone tell you WHY it shut down? That kind of scares me to know this can and did happen.

Sorry to hear that you are sore .... but glad to see that you said you feel much better.

Here's to a speedy recovery.
