Lets hear from those who had problems!

Rather than ask whether this or that can be done lets talk about those who had problems. Example: Training/Lifting weights and you pulled out a lead. Golfing, etc. Any sports or weekend activities.

I've had the Pacer for over 1/yr. have been training, walking, cutting grass, golfing and no negative results so far.

List your activity and what happened. What problem or what you do example: running-no problems
golfing-pulled out a lead!
etc.

no problems

I do whatever I want, no problems! I hike, ski, lift weights, roller blade, tennis, elliptical. I just finished a 5 week boot camp, seriously intense workouts under a former Navy SEAL, heavy cardio, heavy weights. The only thing I don't do is pull ups, other than that and some of the running (I row when I can't run anymore) I did everything else that the others did. And I liked it enough to join, I'm going to keep going 5 days a week. :)

I had a lead go bad once, they said it just happened, nothing I did to cause it. I still have one original lead from 1993 that's working fine.

p.s. I'm going to ask about the pull ups at my next check up. My dr never said I couldn't, I made that decision based on other folks here who said they were told not to.
