pain by pacemaker siter when I bend over

Sorry for some unneeded letters in message. Strange and scarey thing happened a little while ago. i bent over to pick up cat,s litter box and I swear i felt my pace mKER UNIT MOVE IN MY SHOULDER area,also felt a very sharp pain in that area. Has this ever happened to anyone with pacemaker?Best regards to all..
