Tingles

Have had pm for 3 weeks today. Anyone else feel tingly sometimes? Like novacaine is wearing off? Like when you are in a deep sleep but got woken up? Been feeling that way a little bit everyday and never did before pm. Went to ER on Monday...everything fine. Chest x-ray..good, leads....good, bloodwork...good...said possible panic attack/stress. Been gettting like hot flashes too...very strange...

Strange sensation....any ideas? I googled it but all that comes up are love songs etc... LOL...wish that was it!

Hi

well it sounds sorta like a panic/anxiety attacks ,they bring on a sort of a tingly feeling all over the body but also has many other symptoms as well. not everyone is the same but if this continues you need to seek advace from you medical provider lack of sleep is not a good thing especially since your pacemaker is new and probably have some stress from that..

If it's around the pm, it's probably just natural healing taking place, the nerves knitting back together.

Niacin

My hot flashes were a direct result of the niacin (595 mg) I was prescribed to help with my cholesterol. It was only 187 and the doc didn't want to give me anything stronger. It gave me both tingles and hot flashes.
