The Toxicologist I see prescribes a very expensive detox regimen. He also includes Bentonite clay and charcoal tablets, available at most health food stores, both for about $20.00. He says the toxins run through the bloodstream and the clay-charcoal absorb them in the intestines, eliminating them. I'm trying to discipline my face to not go "gukkkk" while consuming the clay cocktail. The clay may come in capsules, but I haven't found them in Tucson. The charcoal is in capsule form. It's not tasty, but I am quite fond of my liver and it's not unreasonably expensive, so what the heck- I've known worse things in this last half century.
