thumping

I too developed a thumping and pounding sensation and now after almost 5 yrs of complaining about it, I am finally being investigated by an EP for possible Junctional Rhythm!
As I always say: when in doubt, get it checked out.
Don't wait.
Wishing you the best,

thumping

I had this thumping and it felt like a 50lb. baby kicking me! I went to the Dr. and the guy with Boston Scientific informed me that this sometimes happens.
He said that sometimes the pulses sent out by one of the leads stimulates a certain nerve and that makes the "thumping".. He made a few adjustments on the computer "thingy" and it stopped immediately !!!!!!!
Hope this has helped because I know how IRKSOME this is! Terri A.

But I think it will make me feel a lot better. My stamina to walk is already better, even right after surgery. They had me walk all around the floor before they would release me. I did so without being exhausted and winded the way I had been.
Adjustment needed?

I had this and would have to get up and wlk around if I was sitting down. An adjustment on the settings fixed it and I never had it again.
