Today, i've been diagnosed with winged scapula on my right shoulder. It was very shocking. I've had pain between my shoulder blades 5 months after my pacemaker surgery. the neurologist asked me if i was involved in any accident, trauma..etc. i don't think so.it scares me. my pm is implanted on my right side. could it be that.. my heart surgeon accidentally cut my long thoracic nerve during surgery? does anyone experience the same thing?

i have read ur profile. so u've been implanted with pm after the open heart surgery? that must be hard for u.u r much younger than me. how did u cope with that? it took almost a year for me to move on.

I finished 29th in London in 2 hours 20 minutes 30 seconds which is my fastest with or without a device so clearly it didnt slow me down ! I had no problems apart from some slight chaffing on my scar - more Vaseline next time.
