Has anyone brought a lawsuit against Boston Scientific for a faulty pacemaker and won?

Oh, Yes Guidant (Boston Scientific) has paid

There were and still are many lawsuits against Guidant which was later bought by Boston Scientific and the Guidant name was changed to Boston Scientific so people would forget the slimy conduct engaged in by Guidant in not telling our doctors or the FDA that people were dying because of defective pacers and ICD's. As as result, doctors kept on implanting defective units into unsuspecting patients, all in the name of company profits. If you would like to call me and talk, my phone number is (310) 322-2256. Ted

I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for pacemakers. I've had mine for 35+ years. I was fainting all of the time and had flat-lined also. I feel very blessed to live in this time of technology.

I don't know but I would guess there would have to be! If you Google "Boston Scientific" the only site advertising for this keyword (off to the right hand side) is a lawyer!
