Pacemaker Affecting Medication

Is it possible that having a pacemaker is affecting my pain medication? I have been on the same pain pills for many years for my fibromyalgia. Now I seem to get a little lightheaded/dizzy whenever I take it.

It should not make a difference, but depending how much you're using the pm and how much faster your hr is now, the better circulation could be making a difference. It's also possible to develop an intolerance to a medicine you've done ok on for years. I'd mention it to the doc.
