SOB = partially collapsed lung :(

There goes my 5k training. Pooh!
Just a little bump in the road. Maybe in a few days, I'll be good to go.
Don't get scared pacer/ICD people.....I also have lung issues from a complicated ablation I had back in April. This setback has nothing to do with my PM. I wish it would do wonders for my lung like it has for my heart rhythm.

Jeez, and you called that a little short of breath and kept working out anyway?! You are tough!!! But now behave and get back on your feet, k? You've got the right attitude, keeping fingers crossed you're right back on your feet by the weekend.

LOL

Cabg,
that's funny. The "OLA" really makes me giggle. Hee, Hee.

TraceyE ( by the way, I just realized that your name sounds ghetto- in a fun way. I guess it reminds me of DJ EZ rock. My sister goes by Laura-G, and I think of her name the same way too.......lol)
Anyways,
thanks for your well wishes. The doctors have said that lots of people get along quite well with one lung. I guess I just always forget that I have a lung problem, and honestly I keep thinking that it will get better. My doctor and I didn't think that this would be a permanent thing. (he froze my phrenic nerve with a -82 degree catheter) I think exercising is the best thing for me to help keep my lungs in great shape. Thanks again, ya'll.

The experience of having a couple of lengths of wire fed into your heart muscle and an electronic 'box' tucked under the skin is not an insignificant event, but you will survive.
