Feeling GOOD :)

Its been 4 weeks since I got my PM...and 2 full weeks since I hada dizzy spell or passed out... when i was in the hosp. a few weeks ago, i had the paricarditis (sp?) its all good now..feeling wayyy better!!! Also the reset my upper setting..to 130.. so i am at 60 & 130... guess it made a difference?? I have no clue really what all that means... what I do know is I had this last fri-tues of HIGH energy..never felt better!!!! And then took wed-fri to rest.... seemed to make sense to me!!!! Now I am off to have an amazing day with family, cant wait!!! I am a lil worried that something may happen ( i use to pas out on a daily basis beofre the PM and have not been around family too much since the PM)

BUT this week will be the BIG week...as my lil one turns 7 on wed, and we have a big bday party planned for her on Sun!!! CANT WAIT!!!!!

Hope you all are doing GREAT.and comming along..remember....another day above ground is anohter day to be thankful for!!!! God Bless

Brooke

So glad you are doing better. Try not to focus on what happened in the past. Just enjoy your family and your children.

Hi Brooke. I'm glad your doing better. I agree with MAXI1439, don't focus on what used to happen. It's like a little miracle implanted in you. You're so used to passing out that it's what you expect. I used to worry too, but now it's been 6 weeks post pm and all is well. So far, no surprises and I don't expect any. Enjoy your new life! I'm happy for you!

So pleased to hear you are feeling better.

I just want to share about the quality of life after my pacemaker, and hopefully increase awareness that lifestyles do not have to be drastically modified just because we are pacemaker recipients.
