chest pain and SOB with pacemaker

I had my pacemaker put in last year in Oct for very low heart rate.
for the past couple of days it has been shocking me all the time today it shocked me so hard it hurt and I jumped out of my chair holding my chest.
I am also expierencing chest pain and I can't breathe should I be concerned go to the er.I am on oxygen to I have a pulse ox machine I checked it with oxygen on which I use a mask at 8 liters and it was 82 on oxygen and without oxygen it went way down to 65.right now I can feel my pacemaker going off bad it hurts I am afraid to go to the er for chestpain and can't breathe because I do have oxygen at home and it helps a little.
what can I do so I don't have to go to the er.

Please go to the ER and have a qualified health professional investigate you situation.

Make sure to have them call the device company and check the pacemaker.

I want to thank everybody for commenting and telling me to go the er.
I ended up calling 911 the ambulance came.they saw I was in pain and having a hard time breathing so they checked my oxygen level with my oxygen on it was in the low 70's they told me I should have called them last night.so they ended up putting there own oxygen mask on my face at 15 liters to help me breathe they also said my pacemaker was going crazy too.went to the hospital they ended up putting me on oxygen with a special tight mask.they told me I could go home by ambulance since my oxygen company would be over to set me up with the special tight oxygen mask I will have to set it at 15 liters until I see my cardiolist on monday.the ambulance will pick me up and take me.I am also on Iv with morphine going in for the pain.I can say one thing is with the oxygen being at 15 liters I can breathe awhole lot better.I also have a nurse staying with me until I go to the doctor on monday so she can give me the morphine and make sure I am breathing ok.

I want to thank everybody that told me to go to the hospital if I didn't go when I did I would have died from lack of oxygen. thankyou to everyone you saved my life.

GO!

thank goodness you called 911.

when I was reading the above posts my heart actually started to race I was so scared for you.

I know ERs aren't the most fun place to be and sometimes we feel like we might be bothering them, but I've learned over the years that I only have one life and when I have pain in my chest and/or shortness of breath, I've learned not to hesitate to call the paramedics, because that is what they are there for.

Better safe than sorry (or worse).

I wish you ALL the best and am SO glad you have a nurse staying with you.

Take care,
Pookie

went to the doctor was giving not so good news they are going to put in another pacemaker so I will have 2 also I will have to use a mask all the time at 12 liters of oxygen my heart and lungs are not giving enough oxygen that is why I can't breathe on my own with out the extra oxgyen I will have a nurse move in permately with me incase I stop breathing during the night or the during the day.the only time I don't have to wear the mask is when eating instead use a canulla at 6 liters per minute even though it is hard to breathe and eat. they told me a transplant will not help my condition.it hard getting used to breathing 12 liters of oxygen but hopefully I will get used to it and everytime I go the dr. I have to take an ambulance which stinks.
