Labored breathing

I have had my pacemaker since March 24th and overall feel the best I have felt in two years. I have more energy, am able to do yard work, etc. We are still in the tweaking stages of getting everything just right. The doc made a tweak on it yesterday because I told him that I sometimes get a little winded just walking from the living room to the bedroom or from my truck to my office but I can work like a madman in the yard with no problem. Now, after the tweak to a setting, I have felt all day like I am laboring to breath and am conscious of every breath. Obviously I will go back on monday but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I have a Boston Scientific PM.

Renee: Hope you get your situation fixed. I hope I can get taken care of Monday and not have to wait. This is for the birds. I like to play guitar and sing and this is making it hard to sing because of the breathing thing.

This is one of the reasons it is important to get a copy of the pre and post programming report at each checkup. With that in hand we could look at what was changed and maybe why it is affecting you this way. Otherwise, it is just guessing.
