SLOTS of FUN.

Hello to my new friends,

This is Daniel.

Well 14 days after they stuck my ICD in I decided to take the plunge and go to the Casino. My thanks to Gonnie, Qwerty, Jeanmarie and Caorlyn for their vote of confidence. While I didn't win a jackpot, I did have a good time. There was no change in the way I felt, walking around or playing. I won't know how my ICD is set until I see the Doctor next week. I'm hoping all is well. Thank you so much!!!

GOD Bless,

Daniel

I was hoping that our pms and ICD's would give us an advantage and set off the slots to win. Oh well, next time I'm in Atlantic City I guess I'll drop a few coins anyway....

Good Time

If you had a good time, that is all we can ask for! I am going to make my "donation" to the Tunica, MS casino's next week and see if I can make my PM race with excitment!
Keep us posted and let us know what the Doc says.

Hi,
Glad to hear you went and had a good time. After only 8 days with my first and only pm, I flew to FL picked up a friend and we flew to Vegas for 6 days. My feet ran from one place to another and I also covered my left shoulder so people wouldn't bump into me. What a great time we had - I just ignored myself and took a rest when needed - I must say that when we went to see Cher, the music seemed to pound me in the chest so I think the pacer was going with their beat and not mine. That was tiring. Good luck to all of you who will be out there gambling - my pacer did nothing to help winnings. Shucks.
I am almost 6 months out and it is hard to get info from the drs. office - I guess they think "oh, she won't be able to read this" or "she should just listen to what we say and she is fine" Mine hurts everyday and is uncomforbable because of the muscles in my shoulder - tugging etc. Not a big deal - I just think it is too close to my armpit. Mine keeps me up at night and I feel like I am speeding inside and I am not set very high. I can be up for 2-3 days with maybe an hr of sleep here and there - that is the killer here.
Life is good and not a whole lot different than before - I did well on my trip a couple of weeks ago to LA and everything was fine - I just get over myself and carry on like usual.
All be well, Sugar
