It's been 3 weeks since I got my pm I am now getting a painfull shockin feeling in my chest.. Is that normal?

Pain is the only way our bodies can tell us that there is something wrong.
Like the above members said: call your doctor immediately or go to the ER.
Better safe than sorry.

Mine was implanted 2 1/2 weeks ago and I've had no such experience. That is, no pain associated with it other than recovery from surgery. I think the ER advice is sound, although I imagine you've found a solution by now.
