Doing Great

Had my bi-v ICD last Thursday. The incision itches a little, but beyond that everything is great! I don't worry about the ICD kicking in... if it does, Thank God!
I went to Athens, GA today with my wife, a professional photographer to take pictures of our graduating daughter by the "gates"... UGA grads will understand this. I leave this Thursday for a drive to Baton Rouge from Atlanta to attend a class reunion and participate in the Beaux Bridge Crawfish festival. Nothing better than crawfish season!
Then the following Tuesday- Thursday I am in Columbus, OH; come back to atlanta and leave the following week for Columbus (again), on to Boston and then back home to Atlanta.
As you can see, my ICD is a life enhancer, not a life inhibitor.

Life is good!!!!

David

I have felt great since my ICD was implanted in November - I not only feel great, I feel GRATEFUL...

Grateful every day for the cardiologist with the keen eye who caught my condition (Brugada Syndrome), and the amazing EP who confirmed it. I am grateful to the surgeon whose skilled hands gave me my 'onboard ambulance crew'. I didn't have any symptoms - so they most likely saved my life.

Every day is a blessing.

You're so right, David. Life is GOOD!
