Night discomfort

Have you tried the trick of putting a pillow in front of you to rest the pacemaker side arm on? At three weeks there can still be some normal inflammation in the pocket. Anything that puts pressure on it will cause some pain. Just look at it like a cut on a finger. It can just take time to completely heal.

My recent replacement is about 5 months ago. Yesterday I spent 11 hours out banging over rocks in my Jeep with no soreness since. It just isn't sensitive at all.

3 weeks is quite a short space of time and it seems you are doing well. As Frank says its sort of trial and error, the pillow may help. I found it good to sleep half sat up for the first few weeks, but not can sleep anywhere.

Good luck

Ohhhhh Frank just out of interest is your rate response on or off? lol
