Heart failing

Hi, Its been a while since ive been on here. I still have pain where my pm and def is i also have 3 leads where one is sewed to the heart, I had this put in last july aug 2009, at that time my heart fuction was 28 percent, i have a left branch blood they say is still there but dont say much about it. I also have a enlarge heart that has gotton bigger since last year and my heart fuction is 20 percent. was told have to go to a heart transplant center in kc mo to see if theres anything they can do for me cause theres nothing more they can do here for me they say my heart is giving out said the pacemaker and def is working ok. they dont think i can get a new heart caurse i have a lot of other health problems. Im asking for prayers for me and my family, Im 49 years old married have two kids 12 and 15 this is really scarry for me. I thought every thing would be ok when i got the pm and def i guess i was wrong. Is there anyone else going through this. I live 3 and a half hours from kc.
