I had my first surgery and implant of my Medtronic pm in Jan. of this year. When I went in in May for my check up with the machine and instruction about doing it on the phone they found something wrong and said the pm was working too hard and then they referred me to the Cardio and he said I had pulled a ventricular lead away from its original placement. I asked the tech what I would feel like after they put it back in place and she said I'd feel the same as now. She said the main thing was that the battery life would be halved or so. So I had the procedure done; not sure whether they replaced or just repositioned the lead but it was a harder longer surgery than the first time. And don't you know that I've had my left arm over my head a few times already just doing reflexive movements. I wonder if I've goofed it up again.
