muscle pain in my back

Every time I am running now, I feel enough muscle pain in the left side of my back just in the middle (the side where my pace maker is inserted), and I am wondering if that muscle pain has something to do with my pacemaker that has been inserted since September 2009. Please any comments to cool me down

I have been having constant pain in my back on the left side of my spine under shoulder blade on the side where my ICD is. It started about the time I got my pacemaker in August 2010. I hurt every day and no one can figure out what is going on. My Cardiologist finally sent me to a Pain Clinic and they Had me try Lidocaine Patches which helped some but I still hurt real bad. I had to go back today and he did a Thoracic block which feels better right now. He said it looks like I will be put on pain meds for Chronic pain. I am 80% sure it is from the device. I hope you get feeling better.
