How often do you Merlin?

I'm curious about how frequently your cardio group monitors your pm via Merlin.

My Merlin does an interrogation every four months but it also uploads information every night. I have an ICD and the clinic knows if I've been shocked and why. One time they called me and had me change my Coreg dose due to information they were receiving, this was in between scheduled interrogations. I wouldn't want to be without it

I go in every three months for monitoring. I have had my pm for one year. As my battery ages, the doc says I will be monitored every two months and then once a month.

The pacer systems are really very reliable. The main problem is the incompetent programming of them. If yours is working well for you, get on with life and enjoy it. You probably are more at risk of problems with a valve job than the pacer.
