when bending over, feel like my face is going to explode

I had my PM almost 3 years now, I felt good since. last couple months, when bending over and standing up, I feel like my face is going to explode with blood and a strange feeling around my neck, I am not overweight, my doctors all told me my pacemaker setting is ok, and there is nothing to worry about, but, I have a feeling that something is wrong with me. thank you all.

I would pay attention to your esp -- go back to doc, get 2nd opinion, don't let up until you are satisfied that all is ok. Normally we know ourselves the best of all. Good luck. "Always blessings, Never losses".

can you be referred to a neurologist? do you have a headache when you bend over? how is your blood pressure? can you ask for an ultrasound of your carotid artery in your neck??

personally, I'd be making an appt with my family doctor as perhaps they might know what is happening.
