Hi Its been a while since I have

been here. I had an echo and heart cath. done and Jan 09 found out I needed to have the pulomonic valve replaced be and tricuspid repaired and my pacemaker needed to be replace because the battery was considered at the end of life. and just got done with cardiac rehap in May. Whew. What a shock to din out that was going on. Still on the road to recovery. lost some arm strength and have to get that back. Just and update on me incase you were wondering. KarenR

What a pile to dump at one time. Sounds like a good time for a second opinion to me. if your doctor balks at this it should raise eybrows. Maybe all is needed and if so I pray it goes well for you and helps you to ge better. I would be very interested in knowing what the battery changout voltage is on your unit and what the actual battery voltage is on you unit at this time. make them answer your questions, remember they are working for you. A good doctor will either answer your questions or have someone staff for that purpose. Our prayers are with you...be positive but responsible.
