Sickness

Hi I was reading some of your postsvand would like to ask a question.
My grandson, who is eight, had his PM fitted Tuesday past. Tonight he was sick, but he had done a lot of walking and I think may have overdone it.
Has anyone any knowledge of post op sickness?

Check with Dr.

Please check with the doctor, especially if he has a fever. He could have an infection from the surgery.

Yes it is possable to overdue yourself I have done that & felt like crap for a few days after he has to realize untill he is fully healed he can not over exert himself it is hard not to wanna do what you did prior belive me but he has to take it easy for a bit talk to his dr I am sure he is ok unless he was lifting or pulling heavy stuff that he can not do cause it can mess with the wires I think gl & I hope he is ok

I know I was off work for 8 weeks & had to take things easy for the first few weeks during which time I got an infection in the wound, so perhaps he has over done things. If you are worried take him to a doctor as there could be a risk of an infection
