Keeping up the hope

Just got back from another pulmonologist and got some new information. For anyone else who is suffering with a unilateral diaphragm paralysis, there is a fairly new procedure being done in Cleveland and Johns Hopkins that may help. This is very reassuring for me becuase it has greatly affected my life (I ran a half marathon less than a year ago but now can't walk around the block). Anti Anxiety meds are helping too!

Great job keeping your hope going, ambers. It can get hard sometimes, especially when there's been a drastic change in lifestyle like you've experienced. But sounds like you have a good attitude! Keep it up! :)
