Sirens?

has anyone had problems with sirens interfering with pacemakers? i have been having really odd heartbeats/dizziness for the past hour or two. the big sirens (i live on an island) just sounded as a tsunami warning - could this be why i have not been feeling good? is that even possible? my celly hasnt had reception for the past hour so i know there is something going on with the towers... i am not sure what this cld be if its not due to some sort of interference - i know my pm checks itself each night at 10 but this feels different. almost like i can breathe good with some dizziness, and its been going on for awhile. just thought id see if something like this could affect it. i was close to calling an ambulance it was bothering me so much. thanks for any advice. sorry if this is a silly question - kinda seems so after re-reading this!
