Re: surgery question and interrogation testing on my pacaemaker
Thanks for your words of encouragement from my first posting on this site. I will let you know how my next interrogation goes in February. I receive two a year. My implant was done in May 2010. It was by accident that a heart block was discovered as I had gone to hospital for a cellulitis infection of my left arm and it was discovered that my heart rate was 30 bpm! ISt did go down to 28 bpm. I had to wait a week in hospital for the infection to clear before the implant could be done.
Aside from this, at the time of my implant, which was done on my right side because of a mastectomy on my left side. I had to wait an hour for the operating room to be changed around for a right sided implanting position. I offered to help the staff change the operating room back to the usual left sided implanting position if I felt up to it after the implant. LOL
Thanks again for the support.

Looking forward to hearing from you again.

You have a great sense of humor considering all the medical "stuff" you have been through. Having a great attitude is half the battle.

Take care,
