Can anyone tell me if they can see any problems with the leads when you have a pacemaker check.

Lead check

Yes they can. When I have an upload from my home monitor, the doctors at Medtronic are able to tell whether or not the leads are working correctly, or have been damaged. They do this by reading the ohms, or resistant level, of the wire. If it is at an abnormal level, it usually means that their is possible damage to the wiring.
You know you're wired when...

I am 100% pacemaker dependant and have been all my life. I try not to think about how a little metal box keeps me alive - it would drive me crazy. So I lead a very active life.
