Syncopal and pins and needles

I had my pace maker fitted due to syncopal black outs. I used to get lots of live with lots of symptons including a pins and needles sensation in my legs and round my lips. The pace maker has helped me so much, doing so much I couldn't do before but now and again I still get pins and needles. Has anyone else experienced this? Did feel like I was a bit of an experiment when having pace maker but at least it has turned out positive. Lots of things dr couldn't explain.

I need to go back to see dr for another check in about a month and want to have an idea whether my pace maker settings made need changing. It's a pain as seen technician first before dr so I can't speak to her first. My pace maker is set to kick in at 45. Does anybody think this needs to be changed? I can live with pins and needles as so much better but does still worry me at times.

My PM fitted just over a year ago after blacking out, I too suffer with pins and needles but in my arms and feet . Now started swimming twice a week and found that it is not as bad. Best wishes, John.

You are the customer and the facility is providing a service. It's time to get over being intimidated by the medical culture and take charge.

If you feel you need to talk with the doctor before seeing the tech or for that matter seeing him before and after the tech makes changes then let them know your wishes.
